Directive 2013/36/EU and CRR 575/2013 stipulate a significant number of options that supervisory authorities can exercise based on the national specificities.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 143(1)(b) of Directive 2013/36/EU, the competent authorities shall publish the information on the manner of exercising the options and discretions available in Union law.
